- We weren't attaching resources to traces, making them hard to correlate
- Fix kupo log format so we don't include URLs with API keys
- Silenced a particularly spammy log message
- Updated all deps to latest compatible versions
- Fixed the binance URL (it had changed, so nodes were hitting an API that never returned price updates)
- Fixed kucoin error reporting, to surface errors properly when requesting a token fails
