Fix logo display error

The logo should be placed next to the jar file and its path, relative or absolute, specified in the properties. Are the only other changes translation to chinese?

Sorry, the response is slow and the Chinese translation is complete. I really don't want to specify too many absolute paths in the Java project source. It might be more reasonable to set it in the wep front-end directory. After the automatic deployment on the Java server, operation and maintenance work. You only need to replace the microtag file and then flush the cache. After replacing an absolute path, you cannot keep it in uninterrupted mode. @harry1453

@harry1453 I have re-clone the branch and made the version by adding the language switch, which is about to be completed and pushed after completion.
