Adds yamltojsonfree to Online tools, next to json2yaml, as the other direction: YAML in, JSON out, plus a validator and a comment-preserving YAML formatter. Fully client-side; nothing is sent to a server.
The distinguishing feature is portability checking: every unquoted value whose meaning differs between YAML 1.1 and 1.2 (NO → false, 0644 → 420, 12:30 → 750) is flagged with what each version produces, so a file that converts cleanly here will convert the same way in PyYAML, Go and JavaScript parsers. Errors name the actual unclosed bracket or quote and the line it opened on.
Format follows CONTRIBUTING: bullet, link, dash, description ending in a dot, and the word JSON left out of the description. Core library is MIT: https://github.com/free-micro-tools/yaml-to-json-core
