Adds SamToolkit's JSON Formatter to the Online tools section.
It formats, validates and minifies JSON using the browser's own
JSON.parse/JSON.stringify, so payloads never leave the user's machine.
That differs from most entries in this section, which round-trip the
data through a server. Free, no account required.
