Adds BAION STD under Testing, next to JSON Parsing Test Suite.
It is a cross-language conformance suite: seven independent implementations (C, C++, Rust, Go, D, Haskell, OCaml) of one deliberately bounded canonicalization and SHA-256 hashing contract, cross-checked byte-for-byte. The accepted input domain is narrower than RFC 8785 on purpose (bounded numbers, no exponent tokens) and the README states that boundary explicitly.
Checked previous suggestions for duplicates; the list currently has no canonicalization entries. Description follows the guidelines (no literal JSON mention, ends with a dot, no trailing whitespace).
