Adds confdiff to the Differencing section.
confdiff is a small, MIT-licensed CLI that does semantic config/structured-data diffs — it reports which keys and values actually changed (and cross-format comparisons like JSON↔YAML), rather than line noise. Complements the existing JSON Patch / structural-diff entries with a format-aware CLI angle.
