What is the different URL? https://docs.bazel.build/versions/5.1.0/bzlmod.html is the first hit for bzlmod on Google. I didn't see a bzlmod anchor on the https://bazel.build/external/overview page.

Good eye - I bumped this to the newer 9.1.0 Bazel modules overview page in b6e493d.
