Metalsmith POC

This is an attempt to create technology base for a simple static website, using Metalsmith.

Features:

1. Handlebars templates and layouts,
2. using Metalsmith metadata in templates and layouts,
3. Sass compilation,
4. Twitter Bootstrap 3 (Sass version),
5. waching and development server.

Running:

# build, host on a development server and watch file changes
yarn start

# just build
yarn build
