Add --full option to show task comments#31

Fetch task comments when `phable show --all` is used. Plain output now renders a `Comments` section, JSON output includes the collected comments in the task payload.

Love it! I just wonder if --all is the right name for the flag. I was thinking of several other options:
--comments--verbose--full
