Dogfood of the install path found npx skills add broomva/skills --skill <name> returns "Found 1 skill" (root catalog only — CLI short-circuits at root SKILL.md). Needs --full-depth. Verified: without → "Found 1 skill"; with → "Found 53 skills" + real installs work. Fixed skills-roster.md (26) + skill-graduate.sh (4, so future stubs correct) + VERSION 0.21.9. 20/20 tests pass.
