What
Add a native Git provider for Mach’s dependency workflow. When the Git executable is unavailable, Mach can fetch public HTTPS and local Git repositories, resolve refs, pin commits, and manage dependency checkouts.
Mach continues to use external Git when available. A Git command that runs and fails reports its error instead of silently switching providers. SSH and authenticated repositories still require external Git.
