Declare mach = "^6.3" and move dep/std to ^9.0 pinned at v9.0.0, the first std line that accepts mach 6. No source site changed shape.
The family seed pin is still v5.10.0, which cannot satisfy mach = "^6.3". Pin this repo's legs to v6.3.0 like the other family repos already on 6.x. cd.yml runs through ci.yml, so releases seed the same compiler.
