window_bounds reports the windowed placement, live while windowed and remembered otherwise, with no position where the platform withholds one. window_set_bounds moves and resizes a windowed window or sets what leaving fullscreen returns to. window_open_placed and Config.position open a window at a saved placement directly in its mode, landing a saved position on a connected monitor.
