- An overlay's padding reads all four sides from its style's `pad`, as a window's does (#207), for overlays, tooltips and toasts. `overlay.Chrome.pad` is now a `theme.Edges` instead of one `f32`. The built-in themes pad every side equally, so their look is unchanged.
