feat: animation and keyboard navigation #88
Description
What
Motion and keyboard reach make a toolkit feel finished.
Needs #95 (animated values live in the state store), #96 (time, dt and wake_at, so an animation asks for frames only while it runs) and #81 (durations and easing).
Acceptance
- Animated values keyed by widget id: hover and press transitions, section open and close, smooth scrolling, with durations and easing from the style system and a global reduce-motion switch
- An interface with no animation in flight reports no pending frame through
next_frame - Keyboard navigation: tab and shift-tab move focus across every focusable widget in order, arrows move within groups, enter and space activate, and a focus ring is drawn by style
- Navigation works across windows, docked tabs and menus
