The stack layout (#87) has no wrapping row. Items that should flow onto further rows when the width runs out, such as a toolbar, a tag list or a HUD readout of label and value pairs, are laid out by hand. cellar's readout does this in hud.mach (octalide/cellar#165).
Acceptance
A flow layout places items left to right and wraps to a new row when the next item would pass the available width, with row and item gaps and alignment from the style system
An item wider than a whole row is given the row and cut by its own truncation (the fit_* helpers)
