With this change, Prettier now caps the ordered list item number at 999,999,999 to ensure that the output is correctly parsed as an ordered list by CommonMark parsers. Numbers larger than 999,999,999 are not parsed as list item numbers and are left unchanged in the output:

    Wrangler now collects npm package dependency information from the project's package.json at deploy and version upload time, and includes it in the upload metadata sent to the Cloudflare API. This enables dependency analytics and future features like vulnerability alerting.

    The collected data includes the package name, the version constraint from package.json, and the exact installed version from node_modules. Both dependencies and devDependencies are included, while workspace packages, local packages, and unresolvable packages are excluded. The list is capped at 200 entries per upload.

    To opt out, set dependencies_instrumentation.enabled to false in your Wrangler configuration file:

As a result, later runs could not detect the cached runtime types and always regenerated them. The auto-regenerated file now matches wrangler types output, restoring the cache.

This PR is not mergeable as-is — npm ci fails outright with an ERESOLVE conflict:

eslint-plugin-react's latest published release (7.37.5 — there is no newer version) caps its peer range at eslint@^9.7. This PR bumps eslint to 10.6.0, so the two constraints are incompatible.

Since CI runs npm ci (not --legacy-peer-deps), merging this as-is would break every CI run.

Verified by checking out this branch into a clean worktree and running npm ci directly — confirmed the conflict is real, not a transient registry issue, and that no newer eslint-plugin-react release exists yet to resolve it.

Suggest holding this until eslint-plugin-react publishes ESLint 10 support, or splitting the eslint/@eslint/js major bump out of the dev-dependencies group so the other 5 updates (prettier, typescript, vite, wrangler) can land independently.

Holding this group PR — not merging yet.

Blocked (upstream): the eslint 9→10 bump conflicts with eslint-plugin-react@7.37.5 (the latest published version), whose peer is eslint@"... || ^9.7" — it doesn't allow eslint 10. npm ci fails with ERESOLVE before any test runs, so merging would break main's install. This unblocks automatically once eslint-plugin-react ships eslint-10 support.

Also risky: typescript 6→7 is a major compiler upgrade bundled in the same group and needs manual validation.

The remaining bumps (prettier 3.9.5, vite 8.1.4, wrangler 4.110) are safe but grouped with the two majors above. Leaving this open for Dependabot to keep current; will revisit when the eslint-plugin-react peer allows eslint 10.
