[codex] split profile-line build and prune diagnostics

Summary

• split profile-line ownership from the setup-time profile-line build pipeline
• remove unused diagnostic outputs for instrument response, O2-O2 CIA diagnostics, and line contributions
• update Python bindings, benchmark layout reporting, demo notebook, and local docs to match the current output surface

Validation

• PATH="$tmp_tools:$PATH" ./verify
  • Zig retained tests passed
  • Python tests: 37 passed, 1 skipped
  • precommit passed
  • whitespace checks passed

Note: local Zig 0.15.2 needs xcrun --sdk macosx --show-sdk-path redirected to MacOSX15.4.sdk; the default CLT MacOSX26.5.sdk makes Zig's build runner fail before project code links.
