Enhancements for arduino_interface

• work with different types of Arduino, not just Uno (this is in driver and firmware)
• Get pin assignments from Arduino headers
• Check if a pin is valid for functions like internal ADC, PWM. std::find() may be useful
• Manage pin assignments
