arduino-mode updates

Here are a few patches for arduino-mode.

I've included a few new keywords found in the latest versions of Arduino, and added a few convenience functions for uploading code and monitoring the serial port.

I've also added a spec file for building an RPM package for Fedora. Feel free to ignore this bit if it's of no interest.

The helper function arduino-upload is really great and helpful. Thanks, I check out this repo, found the maintainer is not active for a long time.
@bookest will you merge this PR? I use arduino-mode a lot, playing arduino and write code with Emacs instead of Arduino IDE.

@mavit I suggest to use keybinding [C-c C-c] for arduino-upload. what do you think?

@stardiviner That keybinding seems reasonable to me, although I must admit I don't use Arduino any more so don't have a strong opinion.
