Cancel superseded validation for the same workflow and Git ref. Spec Kit cancellation applies only to validation; its PR-writing updater remains independent. Preserve triggers, permissions, job steps and required check names.
Also correct missing cancellation or group isolation in the affected checks:
.github/workflows/workflow-checks.yml.Validation: actionlint, offline zizmor at the repository threshold, semantic comparison proving only concurrency changed in workflows, normal repository hooks, and separate diff/history review with Gitleaks. Require applicable CI on the current head before squash merge. No versioned release is needed.
