Add concise repository guidance for targeted source reads, bounded worker handoffs when delegation is permitted, and durable corrections in the existing project guide or owning contract. Existing repository policies remain intact.
Validation: reviewed the complete guidance diff against the refreshed base; project-guide links, whitespace, and Spec Kit validation passed. Existing commit and push hooks remain enabled. This documentation change needs no versioned release or live-system operation.
