SRM

Users

  1. As a User, I want an app I can download to my iOS or Android device.

  2. As a User, I want to view a complete list of the resources available in my area. Landing Page design

  3. As a User, I want a way to filter the list of resources by category and county. Category drop-down Menu design, County Drop-down Menu design

  4. As a User, I want to view the detailed information for any resource. Landing Page design

  5. As a User, I want to see a Google map of the primary (first) address, in the detailed view. Landing Page design

  6. As a User. I want to download a PDF version of the SRM. Landing Page design

    • Q: Should there be a different PDF for each county?

  7. As a User, I want a Spanish language version of the app, in addition to English.

Admin

  1. As an Admin, I want to sign in with a username and password to access a dashboard only Admins can see. Design

  2. As an Admin, I want a way to recover my password in case I forget it. Design

  3. As an Admin, I want to view a list of all resource entries.

  4. As an Admin, I want a way to create, edit, and delete individual resource entires. Design

  5. As an Admin, I want helpful tooltips that explain what each field is for, how it works, and what kind of information to include. Design

  6. As an Admin, I want the system to generate a new PDF of the SRM every time I make an update so that the information stays current.

Establish

Users

  1. As a User, I want an app I can download to my iOS or Android device.

  2. As a User, I want an introductory overview of what the app is for whe I open ti for the first time. Onboarding 1, 2, and 3 design

  3. As a User, I want to view a complete list of resource categories. Landing Screen desgin

  4. As a User, when I select a category, I want to view a complete list of resources within that category, organized by subcategory. List Screen design

  5. As a User, I want to view the detailed information for any resource. Item Screen design

  6. As a User, I want to share resource entries via any method available on my mobile device (SMS, email, Tweet, etc.). Share Screen design

  7. As a User, I want to add/remove individual resources to/from a list of favorites. Favorites Screen design

  8. As a User, I want to receive notification messages to alert me of important information that may concern me or my community.

  9. As a User, I want a Spanish language version of the app, in addition to English.

Admin

  1. As an admin, I want to be able to selectively add resources from the SRM, and then be able to re-categorize them into the Establish-specific categories.

For example, I want to include the Boise Schools—Children's Free Dental Clinic resource from the Dental category of the SRM, but put it under the Health category in the Establish App.
