BullMQ rejects an explicit `concurrency: undefined`, crashing boot when REDIS_URL is set and a worker (e.g. the RG evaluators) omits the option. Also documents why wallet does not dependsOn 'tag' (the cycle, already broken on dev via #1) and adds the changeset covering both boot fixes for the 0.4.1 release.
