Pull Request — Add BOT Chain Mainnet to Chainscout

Summary

This PR adds BOT Chain Mainnet to the Chainscout directory (data/chains.json) so users can discover the network and its block explorer through Chainscout.

BOT Chain is an EVM-compatible Layer 1 network (chain ID 677) with native token BOT. The chain is already listed on Chainlist.

Hey @johnloh888889 the attribution can match your branding and it doesn't need to be exactly the same as on the footer of explorers hosted by us. But in order to comply with our license you need to make it clear that explorer is powered by/ made by Blockscout and you must link to Blockscout. You can check e.g. this 3rd party attribution which meets the requirements: https://fumascan.com/
