This is an important addition to the docs for deployers and implementors. Failing to enable DNSSEC means an otherwise compliant Paymail server will not receive requests from a domain that requires DNSSEC to be enabled. |

Lack the plugin to do mdbook building, and mdbook compilation errors when cargo installed. For now just markdown for review purposes.
