Align simplified and traditional Chinese translation keys with en.json: - Add 42 missing keys (fonts, import, folder conditions, GitHub rate limit, VirusTotal) - Remove 6 obsolete keys not present in en.json - Keep key order identical to en.json - Fix quote style: use curly quotes for zh and corner brackets for zh-Hant-TW
