E. coli SDRF annotations — automated batch 2 (240 datasets)
240 additional single-organism Escherichia coli ProteomeXchange datasets, not
previously annotated here or in
quantms-datasets. Same method as batch 1:characteristics[organism]grounded to PRIDE's declared organism (a commonfirst-pass error was a hallucinated
Homo sapiens, corrected across the batch).acquisition) resolved to PSI-MS accessions against the OLS cache; common
abbreviations (e.g. Gluc, LysC) normalized to canonical terms; unverifiable
accessions reduced to
NT=only.parse_sdrf validate-sdrf -t ms-proteomics.First-pass automated annotations — review welcome. Empirical instrument / mass
tolerance verification from the raw spectra, and multi-organism E. coli datasets,
are planned follow-ups.
