Summary

Adds the Tipo column to the six document tables in the main README pair and classifies every listed document using only the approved taxonomy:

  • Formato
  • Regla
  • Estándar
  • Guía
  • Decisión
  • Registro
  • Matriz
  • Manifiesto
  • Referencia
  • Índice
  • Lista de Verificación

Rows are grouped and ordered by type in both English and Spanish README files.

Scope

Documentation only. No code, rulesets, schemas, or runtime behavior changed.

Validation intent

The PR is opened to run the repository documentation and bilingual-parity validators before merge.
