Removes redundant duplicate imports in pkg/ipfsutil/mobile.go where
github.com/ipfs/kubo/configandgithub.com/libp2p/go-libp2pwere imported twice with different aliases.Harmonizing these to
ipfs_configandp2peliminates valid confusion about type compatibility and cleans up the code hygiene.
