Summary

add initial Vitest coverage for the core classifier
cover name patterns, extension hints, directory hints, stale unclear items, and batch summaries

Fixes #1

Validation

npm test -- --run
npm run build
git diff --check
npm run lint (fails because the repository currently has no ESLint configuration file)
