I am a DPhil (PhD) student in Mathematics at the University of Oxford, working within the Wolfson Centre for Mathematical Biology (WCMB).
My research focuses on developing mathematical models to understand complex biological systems.
- Developing stochastic and continuum models to understand how cell-cycle synchrony is maintained and progressively lost over many cell divisions.
- Modelling T cell resistance to glucocorticoid treatments using compartment models based on flow cytometry data.
- Understanding how fluid flow governs CCR7-mediated dendritic cell migration.
- Python (NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib, SymPy)
- LaTeX
I am currently building and analysing mathematical models that explore biological dynamics using differential equations and computational simulations.
