Pulls 88ad5d3e..3972592 from narf. The headline change is the
``onnx_helper{,_alloc}`` operator() switching from RDataFrame's
per-graph slot index to ``tbb::this_task_arena::current_thread_index``
for the session pool, so the same helper object is safe across
multiple RDataFrame loops scheduled by ``RunGraphs`` in the same task
arena. Also includes a batch of quantile-helper improvements that
landed on calibrationdev in the meantime (no callers in WRemnants
today, but harmless to ship).
