For web-facing projects I am progressively standardizing on:
semantic HTML → CSS design system → native JavaScript → WebGL/GLSL when useful → GSAP/ScrollTrigger when justified → existing project imagery → responsive/mobile → accessibility → performance.
The goal is not to make every repository look identical. The goal is to make every interface feel intentional, fast, cinematic and recognisably authored.
No project is deleted or merged merely because another repository looks similar. Snapshots, experiments, private workspaces, forks, prototypes and historical versions are part of the archive. Improvements should be additive and reversible wherever practical.
No fake features. Existing functionality is preserved. Visual layers must degrade gracefully, respect prefers-reduced-motion, avoid blocking interaction, and never require an external service when a local implementation is sufficient.
