Continues the "just capture a photo" simplification. The scans-remaining quota counter showed on every scan-page visit for logged-in users — and a permanent, pointless ∞ for premium/family. Now it appears only as a gentle nudge when a free-tier user is genuinely low (≤3 scans left); premium/family never see it. Keeps the default page focused on the photo.

• Live deploy 8138f1a (the logged-out-flow fixes from fix(scan/chat): make the logged-out "Ask Shinny" follow-up actually work #85) verified healthy in production: /th/scan, /th/chat, and /th/login?mode=login&next=/th/chat all return 200, login form renders, ?next= preserved.
