Api REST calls returning lists in Foulkon don't return the identifier in the JSON

Example:

Listing group members, the group does not have members.

Result:

{
    "limit": 1000,
    "offset": 0,
    "total": 0
}

What I've expected:

{
    "members": [ ],
    "limit": 1000,
    "offset": 0,
    "total": 2
}

The parser should support the lack of "members" identifier when there are not members registered.
