Summary

• Remove ai-factory.yml and daily-ai-maintenance.yml as requested.
• Remove their six exclusively owned .github/maintenance/ helper, test, and documentation files.
• Preserve ordinary Test and Package health workflows, Renovate, source, package and lock files, and other existing workflows byte-for-byte.

Validation

• Parsed every surviving workflow as YAML.
• Verified no surviving workflow calls a model provider or references the deleted helpers.
• Verified the change consists of exactly eight deletions, with no source, dependency or remaining CI changes.
• git diff --cached --check passed. Existing Test CI will validate this exact PR commit.
