#104 added the
create_desktop_shortcutoption. It was added as a boolean, defaulting to False. However, there are apps that won't want this option exposed at all - most notably, external apps; but also apps who consider a desktop shortcut extraneous.This is a backport of beeware/briefcase-windows-app-template#108.
