Adjusts `bbdb` itself to be compatible with Bash 3.2 and later. This is primarily done by fixing array handling.

bbdbitself to be compatible with Bash 3.2 and later, see #4. This is primarily done by fixing array handling. Tested by running against some various shell scripts I have.
