Pull request overview
Improves readability and organization of the “bc-government-organizations-in-github.md” documentation by fixing list formatting and relocating the “Security Insights” guidance to the more appropriate security-features section.
Changes:
- Reformatted the “With GitHub Enterprise Cloud, we can:” items to render as a proper bullet list.
- Moved the “Security Insights for GitHub Enterprise-linked organizations” subsection from the SSO section into “Security features for both organizations”.
