Adds the CANdy Prod OCA bundle for the Municipal Services Digital Letter of Authorization credential, mirroring the existing dev and test bundles: - schema R12pguaP3VF2WiE6vAsiPF:2:Municipal Services Digital Letter of Authorization:1.1 - cred-def R12pguaP3VF2WiE6vAsiPF:3:CL:8117:Municipal Services Digital Letter of Authorization Meta overlay set for production (issuer "City of Vancouver", no watermark); capture base and all other overlays unchanged. Adds the City of Vancouver — Municipal Services Digital Letter of Authorization (MSDiLOA) OCA Bundle for CANdy Prod, following the same structure as the dev (#197) and test (#202) bundles.
OCABundles/schema/CityOfVancouver/prod-municipal-services-digital-letter-of-authorization/authorized_services_summary(primary) +authorized_location_short_address(secondary), reusing the CoV logo/background/colours. Meta overlay set for production (issuer "City of Vancouver", no watermark); the capture base and all other overlays are byte-identical to the dev and test bundles.R12pguaP3VF2WiE6vAsiPF:2:Municipal Services Digital Letter of Authorization:1.1— domain/8117R12pguaP3VF2WiE6vAsiPF:3:CL:8117:Municipal Services Digital Letter of Authorization— domain/8118genBundle.sh(OCA Excel Parser 1.2.1) and validated againstOCABundles/validators/schema.json.Note on the index files: I added the two new entries to
