This PR includes the main adjustments required to ensure Omakub installs and runs properly on Ubuntu 26.04.

Reboot now uses systemctl for better compatibility
Massive update for installing and removing dev languages scripts
Used fork omakasui/asdcontrol instead of nikosdion/asdcontrol as it was archived
