This PR updates the Everforest VS Code theme integration to avoid the deprecated sainnhe.everforest extension warning by switching to the Everforest Pro extension.
Changes:
- Change the configured VS Code theme name to Everforest Pro Dark Vibrant
- Change the VS Code extension identifier to AndreiLucaci.everforest-pro
