Sparky CMS is in active development. It is a modular CMS built on top of Laravel 3
- Runs on laravel 3, you need PHP 5.3 or higher although it will not work with PHP 5.5
- Contains an NGINX site configuration that uses NGINX & PHP-FPM
- It is in active development so there are no definite instructions for installing, nor any documentation, yet.
