This PR updates the repository’s Persian “Free Resources” index by adding newly referenced Persian courses (including the AsyncIO course requested in #29) and correcting several broken/moved links and table-of-contents anchors in README.md.
Changes:
- Added a Persian AsyncIO course entry (GitHub repository) and a Persian FastAPI YouTube playlist section, plus a matching TOC entry.
- Replaced moved URLs for the Persian Python and Git books.
- Corrected CSS and C++ table-of-contents anchor targets to align with GitHub-generated heading IDs.
