Adds optional named Telegram profiles while preserving legacy
~/.pi/agent/telegram.jsonbehavior.Profile resolution supports:
/telegram-connect srmPI_TELEGRAM_PROFILE~/.pi/agent/telegram/srm.jsonAlso adds lightweight per-profile locks and README documentation for one-bot-per-project usage.
