What changed

• Writer-declared analysis markers bind to the sentence they follow.
• The numeric preflight gate now retains every non-empty prose sentence, including short deck-style claims.
• Zero-citation reports produce valid all-own-reasoning canonical runs.
• Ledger schema v2 uses excerpt_found, citation_unconfirmed, and own_reasoning; finding an excerpt is not called verification.
• Intentional gate exceptions require a groundnut-gate-waiver/v1 naming a human approver and binding the exact artifact, ledger, and complete failing unit set.
• Groundnut is installable as groundnut-evidence with bundled defaults and console commands; integrations no longer need a developer checkout path.

Contract impact

• groundnut-claim-ledger/v1 becomes /v2 because bucket names changed.
• Ledger segmenter v3 removes the eight-word floor.
• groundnut.ic_loop additionally writes gate.json.
