Update the common AppleIntelTGLCompat provider to 0.8.0 from WEX commit 20b8ae5c705e12a54d418df03d3665efc874dac6. Recognize supported kernel families without exact build metadata while retaining the 0.5.0 ABI compatibility floor and all other signed graphics payloads.
Pair with the corrected WEX 0.8.0. Add release-history regression checks for PCI matching, native dispatch and GL URB behavior. The signed payloads and completed 0.4.1 packages are unchanged from bb67fd4.
Validation: standard-package checks passed for signatures, dependencies, all six OS payloads, extracted contents, 78 released binary contracts, 13 native entry points and historical URB cases. AutoPkg validation passed all 35 execution cases and the same native-history checks. MI646 and S1 completed runtime regression across all six OS versions with these Data payloads. PackageKit installation succeeded on Big Sur–Ventura; Sonoma–Tahoe reused verified Data and ran the package's native installation scripts after PackageKit preflight failures. Final AutoPkg fresh-install qualification remains pending.
Updated PR CI passed.
