perdão, tá certo, não vi a versão do next mas normalmente colocam o icon como favicon.ico dentro do /app, além de colocar como link no head isso mais por organização, já que no metadata o esperado é ele setar automaticamente com o objeto icons |

Uma coisa que eu mudaria também (é uma opinião, por isso não fiz commit sobre), mudaria a url do npm para o npmx, é um site estilo o npm mesmo, com um design agradavel pro celular e pro computador |
