Stale doc-tree links after PR #86. Pure path corrections, no content changes.

• AGENTS.md, DECISIONS.md, RESEARCH_BRIEFS/RB-005, RESEARCH_BRIEFS/T5_PROMPTS/T5-DEEP-001, RESPONSES/peleg_2026_05_18 → updated to point at docs/internal/
• ACTIVE_CONTEXT.md → drop deleted README_EXPLAINER row from doc table
• DEVELOPER_REFERENCE.md → README_EXPLAINER reference → README.md

Doc tree is internally consistent after this lands.
